Job Duties

Interacting with guests in a welcoming, personable, and professional manner
taking orders and preparing both coffee beverages and breakfast food items
walking in the shoes of a barista by learning and exploring while crafting drinks to suit guests' needs
presenting bills, accepting payments, and operating the POS system
remaining calm while listening to guest concerns and complaints
restocking and replenishing inventory as the shift progresses
complying with all food and beverage regulations and procedures
remaining flexible in a fast paced, growing environment while remaining focused on tasks
being a supportive co-worker, teammate, and leader while empowered to make decisions
assuring guests' five senses are satisfied through good smells, clean tables, tasty drinks, great music, and a clean, vibing atmosphere
performing other duties as assigned
