Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Basic knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation
Strong interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
Excellent communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team

Job Qualifications

Passionate about coffee and hospitality
Knowledge of coffee brewing and preparation methods
Customer service experience preferred
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset

Willingness to learn and accept feedback
Prior experience as a barista or in a similar role is advantageous

Job Duties

Develop a deep understanding and breadth of knowledge of all offerings including coffee, food, and other products
Develop an understanding of coffee regions, processes, brew types, and related topics
Execute all beverage offerings according to company standards
Follow recipes and established procedures
Dial in coffee on brew bar and espresso machines
Greet, welcome, and provide exceptional service to every customer
Educate customers on offerings and coffee knowledge
Attend to customer needs eagerly
Maintain clean and organized stations and seating areas
Assist with prep, dish washing, and stocking shelves
Consistently perform tasks at high standards
Uphold company culture and contribute to a team-oriented environment
Communicate effectively with teammates, leadership, and customers
Contribute to achieving team goals
Follow required processes and procedures
Ensure excellent customer experiences
