Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team
Job Qualifications
- Passionate about coffee and hospitality
- Knowledge of coffee brewing and preparation methods
- Customer service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Develop a deep understanding and breadth of knowledge of all offerings including coffee, food, and other products
- Develop an understanding of coffee regions, processes, brew types, and related topics
- Execute all beverage offerings according to company standards
- Follow recipes and established procedures
- Dial in coffee on brew bar and espresso machines
- Greet, welcome, and provide exceptional service to every customer
- Educate customers on offerings and coffee knowledge
- Attend to customer needs eagerly
- Maintain clean and organized stations and seating areas
- Assist with prep, dish washing, and stocking shelves
- Consistently perform tasks at high standards
- Uphold company culture and contribute to a team-oriented environment
- Communicate effectively with teammates, leadership, and customers
