Job Duties

Perform opening and closing duties including setting up supplies and cleaning equipment
Manage work areas by stocking and maintaining necessary items
Take and record customer orders accurately in MICROS system and prepare food and coffee beverages
Ensure coffee-making appliances are used correctly and cleaned regularly
Uphold hygiene standards by cleaning tables utensils and work areas throughout shift
Accurately process payments and maintain cash register records
Report safety concerns and follow company policies to create a secure environment
Build positive relationships with guests and fellow associates to create a harmonious workplace
