This role situates you at the heart of a high-end Lexus dealership, where you will contribute to maintaining a welcoming and efficient customer experience. You will work normal business hours from early morning to late afternoon, with a schedule from Monday to Saturday, in shifts spanning from 6:30 AM to 1 PM and from 1 PM to 6 PM, allowing for work-life balance. This position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, complete with competitive and stable compensation starting at $16.00 per hour. Employees receive weekly pay every Friday and begin accruing paid time off from day one. Additionally, full-time team members have access to vision, dental, and medical benefits.
The role centers on hospitality and customer service, including greeting customers upon arrival and ensuring that the dealership’s environment remains clean, organized, and inviting. Responsibilities involve quality control measures such as checking product temperatures to comply with health codes and maintaining stock levels by creating shopping lists for item usage, although actual shopping duties are not required. You will also be tasked with preparing fresh baked goods, including cookies and brownies, restocking bakery and refreshment areas, as well as deep cleaning and maintaining equipment. Creativity is encouraged through developing new drink ideas and signage that enhance the customer experience.
