Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of guest services experience preferred
- Ability to deliver quality customer service
- Organized and mature work ethic
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Capable of handling a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented and dependable
Job Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic knowledge of coffee and customer service

Job Duties
- Deliver the best cup of coffee with enthusiasm to each guest
- Provide an exceptional overall customer experience
- Assist team members, managers, and owners as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and aesthetics of the coffee bar
- Work efficiently with minimal oversight and be a team player
- Solve problems innovatively to improve business
- Assist with events like First Friday and Farmer's Market
- Contribute to marketing efforts depending on business needs
- Learn and improve skills such as latte art
- Foster a fun and positive workplace environment
