Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and aesthetics of the coffee bar, assisting team members, managers, and owners, and contributing innovative problem-solving ideas to improve business operations. Employees at BRÛ Artisan Coffee Works will start with a competitive hourly wage ranging between $9.00 and $11.00, contingent on previous experience. After a 90-day probationary and training period, employees become eligible for merit-based bonuses and promotions, emphasizing the company’s dedication to long-term employee development and growth within the organization.

This position is suitable for both full-time and part-time applicants who seek rewarding work in a dynamic environment. Employees may be called upon to assist with special events such as First Friday and local farmers markets, contributing to community engagement and marketing efforts.
