- Maintain a high standard of guest service even during peak hours
- Be a positive team player supporting coworkers especially during busy shifts
- Communicate openly and respectfully with team and leadership
- Show up on time stay engaged and own responsibilities
- Actively learn new skills from drink recipes to point-of-sale systems
- Balance making drinks assisting guests and keeping station clean
- Think on feet and adjust to guest needs including off-menu requests
