Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years of barista experience
- prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays
- basic math skills for cash handling
- ability to stand for extended periods
- passion for coffee and customer service
- commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks to meet quality standards
- maintain a clean, organized workspace and coffee station
- take customer orders, ensure accuracy, and deliver orders promptly
- engage with customers and provide exceptional service
- operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment (espresso machines, grinders, etc.)
- monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed (milk, syrups, coffee beans, etc.)
- follow health and safety regulations for food and beverage handling
- lead the shift, ensuring all team members are performing their duties effectively
- mentor and train junior baristas and staff, ensuring they understand processes and standards
- oversee opening and closing procedures for the café, ensuring smooth transitions
- manage cash register, process payments, and ensure accurate cash handling
- address customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction
- monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed
- maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the café
- help manage staff schedules and ensure proper staffing levels
