The available role at Exploradora Coffee is a combined position for a barista and coffee packager that offers a unique opportunity to engage in both the art of coffee preparation and the operational side of a growing roastery. This position is based at the company's Oxford, MS location and is preferably a part-time role, offering around 20 hours per week spread across 3-4 days. If you have experience as a barista and are comfortable with hands-on production tasks, this job provides the chance to be directly involved in making great coffee customers enjoy as well as packaging and preparing coffee products for wholesale and retail distribution.
