We are currently seeking a Barista and Coffee Packager to join our team at our Oxford roastery. This unique and dynamic role combines the art of crafting great coffee with the practical responsibilities of supporting our wholesale and retail roasting operations through coffee packaging and production assistance. The position is ideally part-time, offering around 20 hours per week spread over 3 to 4 days, making it a great fit for individuals seeking flexible work schedules within a small and supportive team environment.
