Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred
Ability to stand for long periods
Effective communication skills
Reliable and punctual
Willingness to work flexible hours including mornings weekends and holidays
Basic cash handling skills
Commitment to maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards

Job Qualifications

Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations
Experience with POS systems
Familiarity with Aloha POS is a plus
Previous experience in food preparation or knowledge of food safety practices is preferred
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to enhance customer interactions
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required

Job Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages ensuring consistency and quality
Operate the POS system efficiently handling cash transactions accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace adhering to food safety standards
Assist with food preparation ensuring all items meet quality expectations
Engage with customers providing excellent service and product recommendations
Manage inventory levels restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations
Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment
