Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a café or retail environment is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of coffee and tea preparation is a plus
- Proficiency with POS systems
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for long periods as required

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee and tea beverages, customizing them according to customer preferences
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations, equipment, and dining areas
- Assist with food preparation, ensuring adherence to food safety standards
- Engage with customers, providing menu recommendations and answering questions
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies such as coffee beans and syrups and communicate needs to management
- Follow health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours
