Barista and Cashier

We are currently seeking motivated and customer-oriented baristas to become a valuable part of our team. This role offers both full-time and part-time employment opportunities with competitive pay ranging from $20 to $24 per hour, including tips, with an average pay of around $23 per hour. Baristas will play a critical role in delivering excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, educating them about our drink offerings, taking detailed orders, and crafting beverages to exact recipes. Additionally, this position involves serving pastries, processing payments, maintaining cleanliness and stock levels at the bar, and ensuring brewing equipment functions properly. Following health and safety regulations is essential while also contributing feedback for menu improvement.

Successful candidates will need to demonstrate good communication skills, flexibility with shift availability, and a passion for providing a memorable coffee experience. Previous barista experience is preferred but not mandatory, as we provide paid training. We seek individuals with basic math skills, an ability to understand customer preferences accurately, and knowledge of sanitation standards. Prospective team members should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be enthusiastic about becoming part of a supportive team.
