Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of coffee experience
- Ability to confidently operate a cash register
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to follow health and safety procedures
- Physical ability to perform duties in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Craft great coffee with passion and energy for the perfect blend
- Serve customers with a smile ensuring they walk away happy
- Be knowledgeable and confident about all Costa products including coffee, teas, seasonal ranges, and food
- Ensure food safety and quality standards are met according to Costa and local health regulations
- Operate cash registers and process payments accurately while maintaining a positive attitude
- Maintain high standards for health, safety, and cleanliness in the store including kitchen and food displays
- Lead and coach team members to deliver excellent customer service and operational standards (Barista Maestro role)
- Manage staffing and shift deployment to maximize sales and efficiency (Barista Maestro role)
- Monitor store performance against KPIs and build actionable daily plans (Barista Maestro role)
- Implement marketing and product updates to staff ensuring continued excellence (Barista Maestro role)
- Participate in recruitment, training, and development of team members (Barista Maestro role)
