Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service or food preparation role
- ability to work early morning, day, and evening shifts
- capacity to work weekends
- physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- strong teamwork skills
- willingness to learn and adapt

- experience as a barista or in a similar food service role
- ability to train and supervise team members
- strong customer service skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- reliable and punctual
- flexible availability including weekends and early mornings

Job Duties
- prepare and serve coffee and beverages
- assemble and serve bagels and other food items
- train new staff on daily operations and customer service standards
- supervise shifts to ensure smooth workflow
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
- manage inventory and restock supplies
- assist in opening and closing procedures
