This position is essential in creating memorable moments for visitors through timely and high-quality food and beverage service. Employees will be responsible for preparing and fulfilling orders accurately, maintaining clean and well-stocked stations, and efficiently handling cashier duties with the Point of Sale (POS) system. This role requires candidates to stand and remain active during shifts, which may last up to eight hours, demonstrating stamina and commitment to maintaining service excellence throughout the day. Prior retail, coffee shop, café, or food and beverage experience is preferred to ensure readiness for the dynamic service environment. Additionally, candidates must be capable of maintaining a clean and safe environment adhering to food safety and sanitation standards and be able to communicate effectively in English. Holding a Certified Food Handler license is mandatory to ensure compliance with health regulations.

Job Requirements
- Certified Food Handler license required
- ability to stand and remain active for up to approximately eight hours per shift

Job Duties
- Greet, serve, and engage guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner, creating a welcoming café experience
- accurately prepare and fulfill food and beverage orders in a timely manner while maintaining quality and presentation standards
- perform cashier duties, including accurate cash handling, processing multiple forms of payment, and operating the POS system
- quickly learn and apply service standards, beverage and food recipes, preparation techniques, and POS procedures
- maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked barista station
- communicate low inventory levels to leadership and assist with stocking and inventory as needed
- conduct oneself professionally at all times
