Job Duties
- Greet each guest with genuine enthusiasm and create a welcoming environment
- Personalize interactions by remembering regulars and making newcomers feel at home
- Resolve customer concerns calmly and professionally
- Maintain a high standard of guest service even during peak hours
- Support coworkers and communicate respectfully with team and leadership
- Show up on time and take pride in cleaning, stocking, and restocking stations
- Actively learn new skills, take feedback positively, and stay curious
- Balance drink making, guest assistance, and station cleanliness with calm multitasking
- Think on your feet and adjust to guest needs, including off-menu requests
