  • Resolve customer concerns calmly and professionally
  • Maintain a high standard of guest service even during peak hours
  • Support coworkers and communicate respectfully with team and leadership
  • Show up on time and take pride in cleaning, stocking, and restocking stations
  • Actively learn new skills, take feedback positively, and stay curious
  • Balance drink making, guest assistance, and station cleanliness with calm multitasking
  • Think on your feet and adjust to guest needs, including off-menu requests
