Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- previous experience as a Barista preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver amazing customer service
- strong communication and multitasking skills
- proficient in following recipes and ensuring quality consistency
- capable of handling opening and closing duties, stock maintenance, and resolving customer issues promptly
- physical ability to stand for long periods and quick on feet
