Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must have at least 1 year of experience in a food service or customer service role
- ability to climb stairs and lift up to 50 lbs
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- must be able to work in a school environment
Job Qualifications
- Must be flexible and team-oriented
- 1 year of food or customer service experience/training in a mid-high volume food service facility or restaurant
- positive attitude, strong work ethic, and level-headedness
- punctual and able to adhere to the time and attendance policy
- interest in and commitment to Genuine Foods’ mission to use food to help students enhance their minds, bodies, and happiness
- must be able to work in a school environment
Job Duties
- Provide Genuine quality customer service to all clientele by greeting, thanking, etc.
- craft drinks to order with care and accuracy
- ring out guests as needed at the cash register and follow cash handling procedures
- ensure food safety standards are being followed
- provide great customer service following Genuine standards
- maintain a clean working environment and help the team with any additional cleaning duties
- assist other team members as needed
- perform all other duties as assigned
