We are currently seeking enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join our team as Baristas. This role is perfect for those who enjoy not only great music but also the opportunity to learn and master a craft that is both an art and a science. As a Barista at Vigilante Coffee, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive an outstanding coffee experience every time they visit. Starting on Point of Sale and Food Preparation, baristas will undergo comprehensive training and development. Successful performance and dedication will lead to advancement and certification as a Vigilante Coffee Barista—a trusted expert and ambassador of our coffee culture.

This full-time position offers competitive pay, with baristas earning between $21 and $25 per hour on average, including tips. We value prior experience in food service or the coffee industry, which equips new team members with the foundational skills necessary to thrive in this fast-paced environment.
