Job Duties
- Greet and welcome customers while providing exceptional customer service
- take orders, including offering menu recommendations and noting dietary restrictions or special requests
- prepare and serve hot and cold beverages and food items according to the standardized recipes or as customized for customers
- maintain food safety standards
- receive and process payments accurately using the point of sale systems
- assist with opening and closing duties, ensuring all stations, equipment, and storage areas are properly secured and stocked
- restock supplies such as cups, lids, coffee beans, syrups, and food items
- maintain workstations, including keeping them clean and stocked
- maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sanitizing equipment, wiping counters, and following food safety standards
- monitor and record appropriate temperatures for storage and equipment to ensure product quality and safety
- ensure all food prep equipment, stations and storage areas are cleaned and maintained
