The role available is for a part-time Beverage Production Specialist at the Starbucks location within Corewell Health's Troy Hospital. This position involves the preparation of a wide variety of complex and intricate beverage recipes adhering to standardized formulations. The specialist will operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, using specialized kitchen equipment and multitasking across multiple operational roles such as cash handling, stocking, and sanitation. Maintaining high safety and sanitation standards is essential, as is the ability to identify and resolve any issues with ingredients or finished products that do not meet quality standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating outstanding customer experiences by accurately fulfilling specific beverage requests and performing effective service recovery when necessary. This position requires working evening shifts approximately 20 hours per week with a variable schedule, including every other weekend.
