As part of your duties, you will weigh, price, and package customer orders, stay informed about menu offerings and specials, and carry out cash handling procedures specific to the service venues. Maintaining product quality and freshness through proper rotation and monitoring is critical, as is ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. This position also involves accurate record-keeping related to product spoilage and transfers, and performing opening, mid, and closing duties to maintain operational order and accurate pricing. Team members are expected to promptly report any safety hazards or policy violations to maintain a safe work environment. Communication skills and a proactive approach to customer service are essential, as you will answer phones, model suggestive selling techniques, and work collaboratively to maximize sales potential.

Job Requirements

  • No prior retail experience required
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand or walk for 6-8 hours during an 8-hour shift
  • Ability to perform bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching motions
  • Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
  • Ability to work in temperatures ranging from freezing to over 90 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Ability to work in wet and dry conditions
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to use tools and equipment including knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and others
  • May require use of ladders
  • Arrives to work station on time, appropriately groomed and dressed
  • Works all scheduled shifts and attends required trainings and meetings

  • Maximizes sales potential through effective prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising
