The role is perfectly suited for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service with a smile. You will operate coffee and espresso machines, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and ensure every order adheres to the brand’s quality standards. Working closely with the Beverage Manager or Bistro Supervisor, you will play a critical role in maintaining the standards of the beverage service area.
This role requires someone who is eligible to work in the United States and possesses the education or literacy skills necessary to identify product labels and communicate effectively with guests. Physical endurance is important as the job involves standing, sitting, bending, kneeling, and lifting. The position requires flexibility since shifts may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied schedules.
