Job Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required-with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
  • A warm, professional demeanor reflecting the company’s Culture of Excellence

Job Qualifications

  • No educational minimum is required
  • Previous experience in a similar or related position
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of coffee and espresso machine operation is preferred
  • Ability to deliver friendly and professional guest interactions
  • Basic literacy skills to read product labels and communicate effectively

Job Duties

  • Create a welcoming experience by preparing high-quality coffee and specialty beverages with speed and precision
  • Engage with guests and provide exceptional customer service
  • Operate coffee and espresso machines efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Report to the Beverage Manager or Bistro Supervisor
  • Ensure every order meets brand and quality standards
  • Support overall beverage service operations in the hospitality setting
