Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required-with or without reasonable accommodations
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed

Job Qualifications
- No educational minimum is required
- Previous experience in a similar or related position
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of coffee and espresso machine operation is preferred
- Ability to deliver friendly and professional guest interactions
- Basic literacy skills to read product labels and communicate effectively
Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by preparing high-quality coffee and specialty beverages with speed and precision
- Engage with guests and provide exceptional customer service
- Operate coffee and espresso machines efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Report to the Beverage Manager or Bistro Supervisor
- Ensure every order meets brand and quality standards
- Support overall beverage service operations in the hospitality setting
