Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- pass a 90-day probationary period
- physically able to stand for 6 or more hours per shift
- capable of repetitive motions
- able to bend, stoop or kneel as needed
- able to lift up to 30 pounds
- able to stand or walk for long periods
- manual dexterity for writing, grabbing, pulling, twisting, shaking
- attend occasional meetings at corporate office

Job Duties
- Educate customers on beverage menus and take orders
- greet customers as they arrive
- perform daily coffee stand operations including assigned shift and role duties
- keep the bar area and stand clean
- report maintenance needs
- maintain product quality control
- handle cash and operate POS system
- comply with health and safety regulations
- complete financial reporting per shift
- work independently or with team to deliver consistent quality
- solve customer challenges with excellent service
- communicate customer feedback and recommend menu items
- collaborate respectfully with coworkers and management
- maintain positive staff morale
- prepare high-quality coffee beverages consistently
- stay knowledgeable about products
