Known for blending outstanding service with a commitment to environmental stewardship, HHM Hotels emphasizes growth opportunities, employee well-being, and operational excellence. The company fosters a culture where people are valued as the core capability, hearts that serve are nurtured, and excellence is the standard. At HHM Hotels, employees are encouraged to stay nimble and take ownership of their roles, contributing to an environment where both personal and professional growth are supported. HHM Hotels offers competitive wages, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive workplace culture suited for those passionate about the hospitality industry.

The Barista role at HHM Hotels plays a crucial part in delivering quality beverage services that adhere to guest service standards and sustainability initiatives. This position offers a wage ranging from $20.00 to $21.00 per hour, making it suitable for candidates seeking competitive hourly compensation. The barista is responsible for preparing and serving coffee, beverages, and light food items, ensuring accuracy, speed, and a high level of customer satisfaction. The role not only revolves around beverage preparation but also includes order processing through a point-of-sale system, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness and supplies in the work area.

In addition to direct guest interaction, the Barista supports overall operational efficiency by managing opening and closing duties, ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly and safety measures are followed. Commitment to the EarthView sustainability program reflects the company's dedication to reducing its environmental impact, making this role integral to upholding both guest experience and corporate social responsibility.

Employees may advance through a growth path that includes opportunities to become a Head Barista, Host or Hostess, or Guest Service Agent. This career trajectory reflects HHM Hotels' investment in developing internal talent and fostering long-term staff retention. Candidates interested in joining HHM Hotels will find a workplace that encourages skill development, health and wellness, and a positive work-life balance afforded by benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and 401k company match programs.

Overall, the Barista position offers an engaging work environment in the hospitality sector where customer service, sustainability, and operational excellence converge. The role requires a proactive and friendly individual prepared to handle a varied work schedule, including holidays and weekends, and is physically able to perform duties requiring standing, lifting, and other manual tasks.
