Job Requirements
- No prior retail experience required
- must be able to lift 50 pounds
- able to stand or walk 6 to 8 hours during an 8-hour shift
- ability to perform hand motions including grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- ability to bend, twist, squat, and reach
- exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- exposure to various temperatures including freezing and hot conditions
- ability to work in wet and dry environments
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to use tools including knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and heavy machinery
- may require use of ladders

Job Duties
- Weighs, prices, and packages customer orders
- understands venue menus, stays abreast of specials and menu changes
- follows cash handling procedures related to service venues
- monitors product quality and freshness, ensures proper product rotation
- completes product spoilage and transfer records
- arrives to work station on time, appropriately groomed and dressed
- provides excellent customer service, addresses customer needs timely and effectively, models suggestive selling techniques
- maximizes sales potential through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising product
- follows and ensures compliance with weights and measures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices
- maintains a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment
- performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned
- reports safety hazards and violations promptly
- performs other duties as assigned by store, regional, or national leadership
