We are currently hiring full-time and part-time Baristas to join our team at the Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center location in Winston Salem, North Carolina. The barista role is essential in providing excellent customer service by preparing and serving coffee and espresso drinks, along with related food and beverage items, in adherence to HACCP guidelines and quality standards. This position offers a competitive pay range of $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, with schedules ranging from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm including rotating weekends and holidays. The role is perfect for individuals who have previous barista experience and are passionate about delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards in their work environment.

As a Barista with Morrison Healthcare, you will be responsible for skillfully preparing espresso beverages following standard recipes and measures, handling cash and charge payments accurately, and ensuring the service area is clean and well-stocked at all times. You will interact courteously with customers and colleagues, ensuring a positive and efficient service experience while upholding food safety and sanitation standards. Additionally, you will be expected to keep equipment and display areas spotless, serve food attractively, and assist in the decision-making process of customers by communicating effectively about menu items.
