Job Requirements

  • Texas ID required
  • Be able to lift 50 lbs
  • Be able to pass a background check
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machines
  • Ability to operate POS systems accurately
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service
  • Accurately operate the POS system and handle cash transactions
  • Prepare and serve coffee espresso drinks and other menu items to company standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, service areas, and workstation
  • Restock inventory supplies and ingredients as needed throughout shifts
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures ensuring all tasks are completed thoroughly
  • Support team members to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
