We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Café Barista to join our team. This role is crucial to maintaining the smooth and efficient daily operations of our café while delivering an outstanding experience to every customer. As a Café Barista, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of coffee and espresso drinks to our company standards, ensuring each cup not only meets but exceeds expectations in quality and presentation. You'll also handle cash transactions proficiently, operate our POS system accurately, and support day-to-day tasks including restocking inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with opening and closing procedures. This position requires someone who is energetic, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Being a key player in a team, you will support your colleagues to ensure all operations run seamlessly. We require candidates to have a valid Texas ID, be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, and able to pass a background check.
