The Bartender role at The Blake at Pensacola is a full-time position with a competitive wage of $16.00 per hour. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the community’s hospitality team, responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages including coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, and teas. More than just a bartender, this role requires a commitment to providing gracious hospitality and prompt service to both residents and guests, enhancing their overall experience at the community. Beyond beverage preparation, the Bartender will play an active role in restocking inventory, replenishing supplies, and planning the coffee shop menu with daily features and specialty drinks. This position requires excellent multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge in measuring, mixing, and garnishing beverages preferred
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication and language skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, and teas
- Restock and replenish coffee shop inventory and supplies
- Plan and prepare coffee shop menu, daily features, and specialty drinks
- Insure that all residents and guest receive gracious hospitality and prompt service
