Job Duties
- prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks to a high standard
- provide outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional attitude
- build rapport, listen, and provide friendly, fast service using a tailored order-creating approach
- ensure the cafe is welcoming with a stocked bake case and neatly displayed merchandise
- execute all operational standards correctly and in accordance with cafe standards, safety, and health codes
- operate POS system, coffee, and espresso brewing equipment
- assist with cleaning and sanitizing food preparation areas, tools, and equipment
