Job Requirements

Valid driver's license
Insurable driving record
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with a hand truck
Capability for prolonged standing and repetitive physical tasks
Ability to operate espresso machines
Availability to work weekends
Strong communication skills

Job Qualifications

Possess a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs using a hand truck
Comfortable with physical activity including prolonged standing, repetitive bending, lifting, and operating espresso machines
Ability to work independently
Availability to work weekends
Maintain a professional appearance and strong work ethic
Demonstrate effective interpersonal communication skills
Ability to create and maintain good customer relationships
Take initiative and show a willingness to grow cafe knowledge
Enjoy making recommendations and engaging with customers

Job Duties

Prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks to a high standard
Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional attitude
Build rapport with customers and deliver fast, tailored service
Ensure the cafe is welcoming by stocking bake cases and displaying merchandise neatly
Execute all operational standards in a timely manner following cafe policies, safety, and health codes
Operate POS system, coffee, and espresso brewing equipment efficiently
Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, tools, and equipment as required
