Job Requirements
- Passion for coffee and for learning
- Customer service enthusiast
- Maintains regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
- Coachable
- Ability to communicate effectively, respectfully, and with care
- Ability to work on your feet for an entire shift of no less than 3-4 hours
- Ability to work as a part of a team
- Minimum availability requirements of two shifts weekly, one being a weekend shift
Job Qualifications
- Passion for coffee and a desire to continuously learn
- Enthusiasm for customer service and building relationships
- Ability to communicate effectively, respectfully, and with care
- Capable of standing for entire shifts of 3-4 hours or more
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work effectively as a part of a team
- Minimum availability of two shifts weekly including weekends
Job Duties
- Warmly greet customers upon entrance to the cafe
- Use customers' names in interactions to foster personal connection
- Offer product recommendations including food, gift cards, loyalty cards, and seasonal promotions
- Prepare high-quality espresso and coffee beverages meeting certified standards
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, stocked, and organized cafe environment
- Thank every customer audibly at least once during each interaction
- Collaborate with team members to support a culture of excellence, positivity, and urgency
