Job Duties
- Warmly greet customers upon entrance to the cafe
- Use customers' names in interactions to foster personal connection
- Offer product recommendations including food, gift cards, loyalty cards, and seasonal promotions
- Prepare high-quality espresso and coffee beverages meeting certified standards
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, stocked, and organized cafe environment
- Thank every customer audibly at least once during each interaction
- Collaborate with team members to support a culture of excellence, positivity, and urgency
