We are currently seeking enthusiastic and service-driven Baristas to join our team. The role is perfect for individuals passionate about coffee culture and hospitality who thrive in dynamic, guest-focused settings. Baristas at Williams Island are instrumental in creating memorable experiences for our members and guests by preparing high-quality coffee beverages using various techniques and state-of-the-art equipment. In addition to coffee preparation, the position involves selling coffee products and equipment, ensuring the timely management of inventory, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace.

This role demands a self-motivated individual with prior barista experience who excels in customer interaction and teamwork. Candidates should be adept in coffee brewing and grinding techniques, capable of operating and maintaining coffee machines efficiently, and skilled at product presentation and sales. As a Barista, you will not only provide excellent service but also contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy environment, enhancing the overall ambiance of our community venues.

This opportunity is available as both full-time and part-time employment, offering competitive hourly pay ranging from $18.00 to $20.00 plus tips.
