Job Requirements
- Must have bubbly personality and love for people, coffee, and having fun
- Recent front of house experience in a professional environment, restaurant, cafe or bar
- Recent kitchen experience, food prep, bussing
- Passion for coffee, people and learning
- Smile constantly and share coffee knowledge in an approachable friendly manner
- Excellent people, communication and customer service skills
- Organized and tidy
- able to multitask in fast-paced environment
- ability to work in a physically demanding environment, bend and lift 50 lbs
- work well in a group and self-direction once tasks are learned
- on your feet for 5-8 hours per day
Job Qualifications
- No education required
- Recent front of house experience in a professional environment such as a restaurant, cafe, or bar
- Recent kitchen experience including food preparation and bussing
- Strong passion for coffee, people, and continuous learning
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Enjoy working in a team and independently
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee and espresso beverages to customers
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate coffee knowledge in a friendly manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
- Assist in food preparation and bussing as needed
- Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Work collaboratively with team members and exercise self-direction
- Handle physically demanding tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods
