Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be TABC and Texas Food Handlers certified or able to be certified by start date
- Two years' barista service experience preferred
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in a high activity service environment
- Pleasant and outgoing personality
- Availability to work varying shifts including weekends and special events
- Passion for the coffee environment

Job Duties
- Make quality coffee and beverages
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Stock items and manage inventory
- Engage and converse with guests
- Communicate low stock items to the manager
- Adhere to beverage standards and procedures
- Upsell beverages to guests in the lobby
