The current opening is for a role focused on the preparation and service of hot and cold beverages including coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, smoothies, and teas, as well as food and retail merchandise service. The position requires delivering a guest experience that consistently exceeds expectations by providing attentive and friendly service. Team members in this role are responsible for various opening and closing duties, working collaboratively with colleagues, accurately taking and preparing orders, and ensuring all served items meet the highest quality standards in appearance, temperature, and portion size. This role demands excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, as well as flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Experience with espresso and cappuccino machines and holding or being able to obtain a TABC permit enhances candidacy.
