Job Requirements

no formal education required
prior coffee experience preferred
ability to communicate clearly and professionally
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds frequently
ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
ability to follow safety procedures
ability to interact positively with customers
strong interpersonal skills
ability to handle cash and payments

Job Duties

ensure ziggi's standards of service are always in place by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining excellent drink and food quality
maintain great and consistent communication with staff and managers
adhere to all ziggi's coffee policies and procedures
greet customers in a friendly manner and take food and drink orders
prepare and serve beverages ranging from simple to elaborate ones
prepare and serve food items such as burritos, sandwiches, and various pastries
answer customers' questions about menu choices
promote and recommend menu options to customers
take payment from customers
maintain inventory and equipment by cleaning, troubleshooting, and scheduling repairs
keep the work environment sanitary and organized
evaluate and modify processes to improve efficiency and quality of service
perform any other duties as assigned
