As a Barista at Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel and Spa, you will have the exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant and fast-paced coffee shop environment. This role invites coffee enthusiasts who are passionate about crafting the perfect cup of coffee to showcase their skills and provide outstanding service to guests. The Barista position involves preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages such as espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, and more, ensuring each drink is made to perfection and beautifully presented with latte art. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Basic math skills for cash handling
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be able to follow health and safety regulations
