Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Adhere to store operating policies and standards including cash handling and store safety
- Engage with customers and respond to their needs clearly and pleasantly
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Capable of performing multiple tasks within the store during each shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and follow oral and written instructions
- Demonstrated teamwork and relationship-building abilities
- Customer service orientation
- Basic food and beverage preparation knowledge is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
