Job Requirements
- Availability to work around peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work part-time 2-4 days a week during 5 AM - 1 PM shift
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a barista strongly preferred
- Training and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation
- Exceptional listening and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Polite and engaging personality
Job Duties
- Take and serve guest orders promptly and according to the service manual
- Do all necessary set-up side work as assigned
- Answer any guest questions about the menu and beverages
- Operate the electronic cash register and MICROS P.O.S. system
- Anticipate customer and the Library needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customer for cues
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned
