We are currently seeking enthusiastic and skilled Baristas to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a company where coffee craftsmanship meets creative cocktail mixing, enhancing the overall brunch experience. As a Barista at Snooze, you will be on the front lines delivering exceptional coffee and beverage service, contributing significantly to the vibrant and welcoming atmosphere that defines our restaurant. The role involves preparing and perfecting a wide range of barista beverages as well as crafty cocktails, ensuring consistency with Snooze’s established beverage standards known as the Snooze Beverage Doctrine. Successful candidates will possess a fun and energetic approach to work, embodying the spirit of the Snooze brand while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail in every order.

This position is hourly, with a pay range of $5.13 to $7.13 an hour plus tips, reflecting the competitive wages offered to our baristas. Being a Snooze Barista involves more than just making coffee – it’s about creating genuine connections with guests by learning their names and preferences and providing a warm, personal experience at the barista counter. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in the bar area, handling payment processes, restocking supplies, and occasionally serving food orders to guests seated at the breakfast counter.
