We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Baristas in our vibrant coffee shop. This role is perfect for coffee enthusiasts who take pride in crafting the perfect cup and delighting our guests with consistently high-quality coffee beverages. As a Barista, you will be the face of our coffee service, engaging with customers, taking orders, and providing expert recommendations on our wide variety of coffee drinks, including espressos, lattes, and cappuccinos. Beyond making coffee, you will be responsible for creating latte art to enhance the presentation and ensure each drink is a unique and enjoyable experience. Working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, you will maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhere to health and safety protocols, and handle cash transactions accurately. Job Requirements
- previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred
- knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- attention to detail
- ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
- ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- prior cash handling experience

Job Duties
- prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages including espressos lattes cappuccinos and more
- engage with customers taking their orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences
- create latte art and ensure each drink is beautifully presented
- maintain a clean and organized work area including the coffee machines and equipment
- follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the quality and freshness of our coffee products
- upsell additional items such as pastries snacks or merchandise
- handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately
- provide friendly and efficient customer service ensuring each guest feels welcomed and valued
