Job Requirements
- ability to stand for extended periods of time

- previous customer service experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- previous barista or specialty coffee experience preferred but not required
- excellent guest service and communication skills
- ability to learn and consistently follow recipes and build guides
- strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly while maintaining quality
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and stay calm under pressure
- must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs
- availability to work mornings, weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- perform all FOH crew responsibilities including greeting guests, bussing tables, running food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area
- perform all cashier responsibilities including ringing in orders, processing payments, reconciling cash drawers, and selling gift cards
- prepare and serve coffee, espresso beverages, and other drinks according to OliveFinch recipes and build guides
- operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment to ensure optimal quality and consistency
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, including restocking supplies as needed
- provide friendly, efficient service to guests and answer questions about menu items
- follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures, including proper milk handling and equipment cleaning
- collaborate with FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth service and uphold brand standards
