Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties
- Prepare specialty espresso drinks and brewed coffee with consistency and care
- Cut, score, and plate scratch-made cakes and pies with precision
- Manage takeout orders and third-party delivery orders accurately
- Assist with packaging delivery orders to ensure quality and presentation
- Keep the coffee station, dessert case, and front counter stocked and clean
- Support the team during busy service periods
- Create genuine connections with guests every shift
