The hourly pay range for this position is $20.00 to $22.00, dependent on local minimum wage ordinances and experience. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, pulling, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and repetitive motions
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Commitment to uphold company values
- Must comply with safety and health standards

Job Duties
- Be a warm host- guide guests through their coffee experience from beginning to end providing exceptional guest service
- Create coffee moments- share your knowledge, our coffee, and our sustainability practices with guests
- Be a coffee and tea expert
- Generate new guests by providing an inviting in-store experience
- Care about safety by maintaining a safe and healthy environment for employees and guests
- Contribute to store tidiness, organize stock, innovate new ways to do things, and take initiative with tasks and ideas
