As a Barista, you will be responsible for making guests feel welcomed and valued, sharing your expertise on coffee and tea, ensuring the safety and cleanliness of your workplace, and contributing ideas to improve the store’s operations. The job requires physical activity including standing for long periods, reaching, lifting, and working in various temperature conditions. The hourly pay range for this position is $20.00 to $22.00, dependent on local minimum wage ordinances and experience.
