Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

Job Duties
- Be a warm host - guide guests through their coffee experience from beginning to end providing exceptional guest service throughout
- Create coffee moments - share your knowledge, our coffee, and our sustainability practices with guests
- Be a coffee and tea expert
- Generate new guests
- Care about safety
- Contribute to store tidiness and organization, innovate new ways to do things, take initiative with tasks and ideas to add to overall success
