Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience in coffee preparation or barista role preferred
Knowledge of food safety practices
Ability to manage inventory and supplies
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, kid-friendly environment
Flexibility to work part-time, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills
Creativity and passion for crafting unique beverages
Knowledge of coffee equipment, drink preparation, and food safety
Ability to manage inventory and order supplies from vendors
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, kid-friendly environment
Preferred: high school diploma, specialty coffee experience, POS system familiarity, food handler certification

Job Duties

Craft high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
Create and update drink menu items with creativity and consistency
Maintain inventory awareness and place orders/track supplies as needed
Properly clean, sanitize, and maintain all café equipment
Store food and drink items according to food safety standards
Greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly, efficient service
Maintain a clean, organized barista station and café environment
Provide excellent service within a family-friendly, high-energy indoor play space
