Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to uphold company values of friendliness, respect, ownership, teamwork, and honesty
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred
- Knowledge of coffee and tea products is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Be a warm host- guide guests through their coffee experience from beginning to end providing exceptional guest service throughout
