Brewistas are expected to approach their work with urgency and positivity, always moving on the customer's time and maintaining productivity even when business is slow. They take pride in knowing the entire menu in detail and can confidently recommend drinks to customers to ensure satisfaction. Beyond technical skills, being a Brewista involves building warm and personal connections with customers through genuine interactions, smiles, and friendly body language. \n\nAs a Brewista, individuals report to their stand manager and work collaboratively with their teammates to uphold high standards of service and cleanliness. They are familiar with all shift change duties, checklists, and weekly chores and are proactive in assisting whenever needed. This is a flexible employment opportunity available in both full-time and part-time capacities, offering shifts ranging from 4 to 7 hours with day, night, weekend, and holiday availability required.
