Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience preferred
Ability to communicate effectively
Passion for coffee and tea
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand and move for extended periods
Must comply with safety policies
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Capable of performing repetitive motions
Willingness to engage with guests positively

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for coffee and tea
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Teamwork and collaboration skills
Basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties

Provide exceptional guest service as a warm host guiding guests through their coffee experience
Share knowledge of coffee, tea, and sustainability practices with guests
Serve as a coffee and tea expert with thorough product knowledge
Generate new guests by creating welcoming store experiences
Maintain safety standards for employees and guests
Contribute to store cleanliness and organization
Take initiative in tasks and suggest innovative ideas for improvements
